MR. Aryanto Agus Mulyo, 64 years old, is an Indonesia Citizen. He graduated from the University of Indonesia with a Bachelor degree in accounting.

He was appointed as commissioner in 1992 in accordance with resolution of extraordinary general Meeting of Shareholders of PT. Ever Shine Tex Tbk as stipulated in Deed No. 56 dated June 18, 1992. At the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of PT. Ever Shine Tex Tbk held om May 23, 2018, the position of Independent Commissioner has been extended for another 4(four) years, or last until the close of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held in 2011. He is the independent commissioner.

Mr. Aryanto Agus Mulyo was a consultant to PT. Evershinetex from 1987 to 1992. He is currently the Managing Director of AAJ Associate, a financial advisory firm; a Senior Managing Partner at Amir Abadi Jusuf & Aryanto, public accountant firm; and also serves as a commissioner of PT. Sona Topas Tourism Industry Tbk.

Although internal training is not available to the Commissioners, the commissioner have academic background and proffessional experience in accordance with their field.

As an Independent Commissioner, Mr. Aryanto Agus mulyo fulfills the requirements as stated in Financial Services Authority Regulation POJK No.33/POJK.04/2014, namely:

- is not a person who work or has the authority and responsbility in the operational activities of the Company.
- does not own any shares of PT. Ever Shine Tex Tbk (Issuer), either directly of indirectly;
- has not affiliate relationship with the issuer or the Board of Commissioners; members of the Board of Directors or the major shareholders of the Issuer;
- does not have any business relationship in related to business activities of the Issuer, either directly or indirectly

Indonesian citizen, 65 years old. Domiciled in Jakarta – Indonesia. Appointed as Independent Commissioner based on the results of the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as stated in Deed No. 51 of 2023.

Has an educational background including the following:
- Bachelor of economics majoring in accounting at the University of Indonesia
- Master of science in tax administration at the University of Indonesia
- Business management doctoral program in accounting at Padjadjaran University
- Master's program in business law at Padjadjaran University

He also works as a Public Accountant and Advocate. He is active as a book writer in the field of tax law and business law as well as a lecturer at the University of Indonesia, the State College of Accountancy and the Tax Diploma Program of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia.

As an Independent Commissioner, Mr. Wirawan meets the requirements as stated in Financial Services Authority Regulation No.33/POJK.04/2014, namely:
- Not a person who works or has authority and responsibility in the Company's operational activities.
- Does not own any PT shares. Ever Shine Tex Tbk, either directly or indirectly.
- Has no affiliation with the issuer or the Board of Commissioners; member of the Board of Directors or major shareholder of the Issuer.
- Does not have any business relationship related to the Issuer's business activities, either directly or indirectly.

Warga negara Indonesia, 65 tahun. Berdomisili di Jakarta – Indonesia. Diangkat sebagai Komisaris Independen berdasarkan hasil keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan sebagaimana dituangkan dalam Akta No. 51 tahun 2023.

Memiliki latar belakang pendidikan antara lain sebagai berikut:
- Sarjana ekonomi jurusan akuntansi di Universitas Indonesia
- Magister sains bidang administrasi perpajakan di Universitas Indonesia
- Program doktor manajemen bisnis bidang akuntansi di Universitas Padjadjaran
- Program S2 hukum bisnis di Universitas Padjadjaran

Beliau juga berprofesi sebagai Akuntan Publik dan Advokat. Beliau aktif menjadi Penulis Buku bidang hukum pajak dan hukum bisnis serta menjadi Pengajar di Universitas Indonesia, Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi Negara dan Program Diploma Pajak Departemen Keuangan Republik Indonesia.

Sebagai Komisaris Independen, Bapak Wirawan memenuhi persyaratan sebagaimana tercantum dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No.33/POJK.04/2014, yaitu:
Bukan merupakan orang yang bekerja atau mempunyai wewenang dan tanggung jawab dalam kegiatan operasional Perusahaan.
- Tidak memiliki satupun saham PT. Ever Shine Tex Tbk, baik langsung maupun tidak langsung.
- Tidak mempunyai hubungan afiliasi dengan emiten atau Dewan Komisaris; anggota Direksi atau pemegang saham utama Emiten.
- Tidak mempunyai hubungan usaha apapun yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan usaha Emiten, baik langsung maupun tidak langsung.
